Bullock Foundation Madeline Bullock has been president and head of the Bullock Foundation since her husband's death; her son, Winfield Chase, is vice president. It, annually, disperses multiple millions to charities with children's health care a priority.[1]

The Bullock Foundation is represented in the legal world by the British law firm Stuben, Robbins, Cavendish, and Mull who were one of Copperfield's accounts. Bick Byson did the number crunching for Lordes Cavendish McDermott.[2]

Through Madeline and Chase, the Bullock Foundation has been responsible for the abductions and deaths of pregnant women.[3]
