  • She said her family is very involved in the church[6] and, over the last five years, 'Father Flores' married, buried, and baptized several of her family; they were shocked, sorrowed, outraged, and concerned.[7]
  • As some of her family is very traditional, very orthodox, they have some question as to whether the marriages were sanctioned in the eyes of God and the Church. Father López and Father Freeman have offered to renew all sacraments.[8]
    • Graciela herself confessed to Father Flores and said she felt violated and angry.[9]
