Homicide InformationEdit

  • Wainger's naked body was left face up, dead center in the ice rink at Rockefeller Center.[4]
  • "JUDGE NOT, LEST YOU BE JUDGED" had been burned deeply into his chest.[5]
  • Mercilessly beaten, the fingers of both his hands were broken; wounds around his wrists and ankles indicated he had been bound. He had been slowly strangled by a rope that was still around his neck.[6]
  • David Palmer stated that Wainger died at midnight, December 24th.[7]
