Sleeper Village – This may be the same as, or related to, the 'Sidewalk City' mentioned in Portrait in Death.[1] The Sleeper Village is located in the Bowery; it's where sidewalk sleepers Snooks, Gimp, and Jilessa Brown lived in their cribs in Conspiracy in Death.[2]
